Anushka’s Weight loss secret revealed

One of the Tall, sexy and beautiful Tamil actress in the Kollywood industry is Anushka Shetty, also better known as Devasena in Baahubali part 1 and Part 2.  Anushka made her Tamil debut through the movie Rendu (2006) alongside Madhavan long back and the actress slowly climbed to one fo the top paid actress and successful in the Tamil cinemas.

Movies like Aruntathi, Baahubali, Rudramadevi and a lot more would say that Anushka is a dedicated actress who can changeover her looks according to her role in the movie.

One such movie is Inji Iduppazhagi in which she slew the issues of following the weight loss plans like size zero diet.

For this, Anushka has put on 100kgs of weight for the movie and eventually went into the problem of overweight. The movie did a fair job in the box office but has become a set back for Anushka due to her overweight.

The actress was then seen less in the screens and continued in the action of reducing the weight, but nothing worked for her in losing her weight.

She has then moved to abroad for her weightloss treatment and her yoga together has now brought back the Anushka to the shape her fans are craving for.

Surprisingly, the actress has become an author of the book “The magic weight loss pill- 62 Lifestyle changes” with a co-author.

The book is all about how one should not do unhealthy things to the body, while the other part of the book tells about the weight loss plan and treatment.

Gaining her new hot look back, Anushka is now getting busy with her new movie chances and approaches.
