Bindu Madhavi (age 31) is a South Indian actress and a model, who appears mainly in Tamil and Telugu films. She is basically from Madanapalle, Andhra Pradesh, but moved to Kollywood industry and become prominent.

Movie Career

After her foray in the Telugu movie Avakai Biryani (2008), she then shifted her interest to the Kollywood industry.

Actress Bindu featured in the Tamil movie   Pokkisham directed by Cheran’s and started getting more chances.

She then acted as a Sex worker in the movie Veppam and received positive reviews about her performance.

In 2012, Bindu took a lead role in the movie Kazhugu, alongside Krishna Sekhar and Thambi ramaiah.

She played the role Kavitha, who falls in one side love with the hero. She showed a true sense of love and reactions, especially in the song sequence.

Bindu Madhavi did her school in different regions of Andhra Pradesh.

But finally, before she settled in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, she came to Vellore to do her college studies.

She did her B.Tech, in Biotechnology at Vellore Institute of Technology.

After the completion of her course, she planned to continue M.S by research in abroad, but joined in a job in a MNC.

During her college days, Bindu got a chance to do modelling for Saravana stores, which is one of the largest textile shops in the Chennai and Tamil Nadu.

After that, she featured in many television commercials, including Tata Gold Tanishq advertisement.

Though she is famous on the silver screen, she becomes well established by the Big Boss show in Vijay TV, hosted by Kamal Haasan.

Bindu’s father and mother were totally unhappy about the acting profession. Because of this, her parents did not speak to Bindu for almost 8 months.

She took a photo shoot with the lead photographer Venket Ram in Chennai, which actually boost her professional life.

She gained entry inside once in the reality show Big Boss through the Wild Card round, while she was already eliminated.

Bindu Madhavi and Varun Manian (Trisha’s Ex-boyfriend) went to holiday tour to Maldives and the photos of them went virally in the internet.

When asked Varun, whether he is dating Bindu, he denied the news and said they are just good friends. Varun Manian already got engaged with Trisha, but the engagement was called off.

During the Big Boss show, a news came out about the remuneration of Bindu Madhavi, reporting that, she is paid 3 lakh rupees per episode.

Also, it is said that, the contestant Oviya was paid 2.5 lakh per episode.

A rumor about Bindu Madhavi spread like a forest fire that she met with an accident and got hospitalised and dead.

The fact is, an Andhra Pradesh lady with the same name got involved and it was misunderstood with the actress.
