Madonna Sebastian (age 25) is a Tamil actress who acts mainly in Tamil and Malayalam Movies. Madonna was born on 1 October 1992 (D.O.B.) in Kolenchery, Kochi, Kerala and she is a born Christian. The actress fathers’ name is Babycd Devasia and her mother’s name is Shyla Babycdis. Madonna has an elder sister to her named Michelle Sebastian.

Madonna Sebastian in Music and Movie

Apart from the acting profession, Madonna Sebastian is a singer on the other side. She has learnt Karnatic and Western music through the musical sessions and sung songs for music directors like Deepak Dev and Gopi Sunder.

There is a famous Malayalam Musical show called ‘Music Mojo’ for Kappa TV, and her performance in the show gained her critical acclaim.

After seeing her hosting for a program in Surya TV, the box office hit movie Premam director Alphonse Putharen invited her to take up the audition for his upcoming movie Premam.

Though, Madonna Sebastian was not interested in acting, she attended the audition due to the invitation of Alphonse Putharen.

The role of Mary suited well to Madonna Sebastian, but she denied to play the role, on which the chance was given to Anupama Parameswaran.

Later, the role of Celine was taken up by Madonna Sebastian in the movie Premam. After the hit of Premam movie, Madonna Sebastian played her second Malayalam movie King Liar, opposite Dileep.

Madonnas’s Own Music Band

The actress is much interested about music and singing since her childhood, which led her to form her own musical troupe.

In the year 2015, she sang a song Raavukalil for the movie You Too Brutus, while film score composer Roby Abraham on the back track.

Kadhalum Kadandhu Pogum

After her popularity in Malayalam movies, Madonna Sebastian then entered into Tami movies through Kadhalum Kadandhu Pogum (2016), opposite Vijay Sethupathi.

The movie is a comedy drama and did well in the box office.

Madonna Sebastian played her role well in the movie as a software engineer, who lost her job and seeks a new one in the Chennai City.

Madonna won Vikatan Awards for Best Debut Heroine for the movie Kadhalum Kadandhu Pogum, playing her role Yazhini Bakthirajan.

Kavan

Madonna’s next big movie in Tamil is Kavan (2017), co-starred Vijay Sethupathi and T. Rajendran, directed by K. V. Anand. The movie was a box office hit and based on the journalism story, which brings the atrocity of the bad media and media people.

Madonna Sebastian played the role Malar in the movie Kavan and advices and motivates Vijay Sethupathi, who fights against the illegal activities of the Media.

Pa Paandi

Madonna Sebastian, next played a simple and innocent village girl character in the movie Pa. Pandi (also called as Power Pandi), alongside Dhanush, Vidyullekha Raman and RajKiran.

Madonna played the Cameo appearance in the movie featuring as a young Poonthendral falling in love with the village star boy Dhanush.

She played her role very cute and timid in the film Pa. Pandi (2017), as the movie gained her the critical acclaim about her performance. The song “Parthen kalavu Pona Nilavu” is a hit song in the movie dedicated to show the love of Young Poonthendral.
